The Symposium Proceedings will be indexed by Springer’s LNCS and indexed by SCOPUSEI CompendexINSPECWTI Frankfurt eGzbMATH, and SCImago.

To help you prepare the final copy of your paper, we have included in the following steps all of the information you will need to submit and register your camera-ready paper (all the materials must be sent before March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST):

  • STEP 1: Revise your paper(s) in response to reviewer comments. Prepare a revised version.
  • STEP 2: Format the camera-ready with respect to the symposium formatting guidelines. Including all figures, tables, and references, you are allowed a total of 14 pages for regular papers.

    Formatting guidelines:
    • The file should be PDF
    • Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
    • Submissions are to be made via the official submission system: EDAS Submission System
    • Do NOT protect your PDF with any password/encryption
    • Do NOT number the pages
  • STEP 3: Upload the PDF file into EDAS before March 15, 2026 (11:59 PM EST). To do that:

Register for the Conference through the Registration Form before through March 15, 2026 (11:59 PM EST)
At least one author should attend the symposium to present their paper.
