The CNAM was created in 1794, during the French Revolution, on the location of a medieval monastery, the royal abbey of Saint-Martin des Champs. Nowadays, thanks to its integrated network, the Cnam spreads higher adult education, in France and abroad.

The CNAM is located at 2 rue Conté, Paris, in the 3rd district of Paris.

The Cnam hosts the Musée des Arts et Métiers that you will be able to visit during the conference. The museum groups a collection of inventions, including the Foucault pendulum.

Because CNAM is a large historic campus, participants are encouraged to allow a few extra minutes to locate the correct entrance and lecture hall. You should use the entrance “ 2 rue conté”.
